• Experience Exchange among the participants about their preferences and impact on communication and relationship with other people
• Golden Rule vs Platinum Rule
• How to influence people: worry circle vs influence, communication triangle “Listen – Speak – Reflect”, “Push x Pull x Walk Away” strategy
• Individual Action Plan: how to improve the communication and interaction with people?
**Workload:** 8 hours in person or 2 sessions of 4 hours for ZOOM/TEAMS groups
