SETA Training & Consulting has been working with its instructors to support some of the most prestigious corporate universities in the world. In these cases, the content is developed by the client and SETA certifies its instructors to provide training, which is conducted in Latin America in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Seta's instructors undergo a rigorous certification process with the Corporate University and are constantly evaluated to ensure that they continue to meet the technical and didactic requirements.
All the knowledge gained, as well as the skills acquired as trainers and facilitators, are used in the training and development of Seta's consultants.
