TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, Total Productive Manufacturing) and 5S (Physical Organization)

Objective: Raise the maturity of the production process, integration with maintenance activities, physical organization and raising the culture of the areas involved and impacted.

Most used techniques:
   • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, more focused on bringing greater maturity to autonomous, planned maintenance processes, 4 to 6 pillars, average term: 6 to 8 months).
   • TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing, strong focus on continuous improvement in all disciplines involved in the production environment, 6 to 8 pillars, average term: 12 to 24 months)
   • 5S (5 senses of physical, digital or laboratory organization)

Work plan:
• Initial diagnosis, definition of premises and indicators
• Process mapping and data collection
• Identification and prioritization of opportunities
• Implementation of the pillars prioritized by the client in the chosen method (TPM: 6 to 8 pillars / 5S: 5 Senses).
• Managing control plans and evaluating effectiveness.
