• Activity for applying agile mindset concepts and delivery in sprints:
- Work in parallel. Each team is responsible for delivering a tangible result at the end of the round;
- Right and duty to decide. Ask for opinion if “optional”. There is no need for approval;
- Better “done” than “Perfect”;
- No excuses. Present what was discussed at the end of each round
- Revision sessions for team alignment with “Product Owner”
