Prioritize works to be developed - Matrix GUT       - 1. Problem Definition – clearly understand and define the problem – Matrix GUT       - 2. Containment action  - immediately contain the problem – containment plan       - 3. Analysis of Causes – why the problem happens                - Study of causes – qualitative tools – process map, fishbone, cause & effect matrix, 5 Why’s                - Study of causes – quantitative tools – Pareto, Trend, Correlation Diagram       - 4. Create and prioritize actions – Implementation of improvements – Effort vs Impact Matrix and action plan 5W2H       - 5. Follow-up on Results Efficiency – Trend Chart       - 6. – Standardizing the performed improvements • Implementation of tools in the simulated exercise • Case 2 – implementation of MASP in an actual case in the company **Workload:** 8 or 16 hours - The workload can be adjusted by removing case 2 and reducing some tools. **Pre-Work****:** Prepare topics to be worked in class **NOTE:** No need to use computers
