Basic Structure: INTRODUCTION • Concepts of Operating Excellence and Process view (inputs and outputs) • Indicator concept **Routine management** • The seven steps of Routine management:       1 – Define basic processes under the department responsibility;       2 – Establish the Process General View (SIPOC)       3 – Draw the current process (Process Maps as is and to be)       4 – Define control points and key indicators – sight management;       5 – Define follow up meetings and indicators monitoring;       6 – Implement problem solution methodology (MASP);       7 – Lead continuous improvement to processes that are not meeting customer requirements. • Process Standardization / Procedures **Workload****:** 8 h. **Pre-Work:** Prepare topics to be worked in class **NOTE:** No need for computer use * The participants are divided into groups and each group will select a topic to be worked.
