Basic Structure: INTRODUCTION • Concepts of Operating Excellence and Process View (inputs and outputs) • Indicator Concept • Indicators analysis – concept of center and variation **Routine management** • The seven steps for Routine Management:      1 – Define basic processes under the department responsibility;      2 – Establish the Process General View      3 – Draw the current process;      4 – Define control points and key indicators – sight management;      5 – Define follow up meetings and indicators monitoring;      6 – Implement problem solution methodology (MASP);      7 – Lead continuous improvement to processes that are not meeting customer requirements. • The participants will be divided in group and each group will select a topic to be worked. **Workloads:** 8 or 16 Hours - 8 Hours – no MASP implementation in the class exercise.                                               16 – Hours – with MASP implementation in the class exercise. **Pre-Work****:** Prepare topics to be discussed in class **NOTE:** No need for computer use
